Born from the need to enjoy quality time in a quality product. Inspired by Maine, where things are built right, or not at all.
Care & Maintenance: Brazilian Cherry, also known as Jatoba, is a tropical hardwood that has many of the same characteristics as teak. It is the second hardest wood in the world, behind Ipe. Like any wood, if left outside in the sun, the color of the wood will fade to grey. We recommend storing your chair inside, or covered when not in use to ensure the longest life possible for your chair. A covered porch is perfect. It is the UV from the sun that is best to avoid. If you store your chair inside, or in a garage or shed, the wood tone will darken over time. All chairs are finished with mineral oil prior to assembly. We do not recommend re-finishing your chair. The marine mesh is made by Phifertex, and care can be found here.
The chair that started it all. This chair was named the Oh Yeah Comfy chair because that is what people say, every time, when sitting down in it for the first time. Uncompromised quality, endless comfort.
